BIOGRAPHY
An experienced real estate construction/project manager for nearly 15 years, Dan is a project manager in the company’s Project Services group, currently overseeing tenant improve- ment and renovation projects at 181 West Madison and the Richard J. Daley Center in Chicago.

Prior to joining MB Real Estate in 2010, Dan was Vice President of Development for PRM Realty Group where he led the development process for various residential and commercial subdivision projects throughout the country. He was responsible for negotiating with public agencies and other developers, as well as providing master planning, financial analysis, development schedules and market re- search. He successfully guided an environmentally sensitive, high-profile residential subdivision project through the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act entitlement process.


He was also a key member for several large office and mixed-use projects, including the planning and design of 353 North Clark, a 1.1 million square foot office tower in Chicago, as a senior manager for Mesirow Financial Real Estate.
